We offer regular classes for adults at our Burlington studio. We are open for classes or personal training appointments 6 days of the week. Whether your goal is to learn self-defense, or simply to get fit and active in a positive setting, we have something to fit your needs!
Beginner/Intermediate - These classes will focus on the application and execution of one or two related techniques per class, as well as on understanding the principles of Krav Maga. These classes are no less intense than our Intermediate classes, but are designed to teach our students how to properly execute these techniques under increasing levels of stress.
Intermediate/Advanced - These classes will assume a working knowledge of fundamentals as we combine several techniques and focus on the application of Krav Maga principles for combat fighting, and for self defense under stress, as well as multiple attacker/multiple weapons scenarios, These classes will be very intense and will move fast. Full protective sparring gear is necessary to attend these classes.
Adult Krav Maga
As a self-defense system, Krav Maga focuses entirely on self-preservation. Our students learn how to neutralize any threat or attack as quickly and effectively as possible. And while teaching practical, scenario-based self-defense is our ultimate priority, many are attracted to Krav Maga for its total body fitness and conditioning attributes. Other benefits of training include:

Improved focus and mental fortitude, especially under stressful situations
Tactical decision-making (threat assessment and prioritization, etc.)

While all of our classes are open to all students, some of our classes will assume prior knowledge of basic techniques and an understanding of the principles of Krav Maga. We encourage getting out of your comfort zones but, in the end, you are the best arbiter or your abilities.
Krav Maga Combatives
True Krav Maga partner work begins in the Combatives Class, as it will focus primarily on defenses against all of the strikes and kicks learned in P1 and P2. In these classes, we will go through, in extreme detail, the 360 and inside defense techniques that are the cornerstone of Krav Maga. You will learn to defend yourself against any strike or kick under any scenario, circumstance or position. We will combine these techniques with the fundamental movements learned in P1/P2 resulting in a finely honed response.
The objective is for each practitioner to gain a thorough understanding of Krav Maga fundamentals which, in turn, makes the application of advanced techniques a lot smoother and easier. This is also the necessary material required to achieve and advance through the Badge ranking system.
These classes are open to students of all levels. Specialized safety gear is required.
Fight Club & Fight Club 101

Fight Club is where the four pillars of Krav Maga training fully meet: the technical, physical, tactical and mental attributes of a practitioner. These classes are designed to better prepare the practitioner for real life encounters. We practice the application of Krav Maga techniques in fully random, mostly disadvantaged situations (2-1, 3-1, armed vs. unarmed, etc.). These classes are intense and fast-paced and are designed to test and hone the practitioners will and survival instinct.
Fight Club 101 is the intro version of Fight Club and is perfect for beginners and newcomers.
It goes without saying that student safety is our paramount concern in all of our classes, especially in Fight Club. Full sparring gear is required. Male groin protection and mouthguards are mandatory.
