P1/P2 Camp

We are thrilled to invite you to the highly anticipated P1/P2 Camp, a 2.5-hour comprehensive review of our fundamental Krav Maga curriculum. This unique event will be a fantastic opportunity to go through all the essential elements of Krav Maga, reinforcing your foundation and advancing your techniques.

The P1 Curriculum will focus on mastering the critical elements of stances, movement, getting up, falling down, and all punches, hammers, and elbows. These skills are the bedrock of effective self-defense and serve as the stepping stones to advanced techniques. The P2 Curriculum will continue the journey, covering kicks, knees, and rolls. Building upon the foundation laid in P1, these techniques are essential for honing your proficiency in Krav Maga.

P-Camp happens three times per year, and this event is crucial for those considering level testing. By participating in P1/P2 Camp, you will not only sharpen your skills but also gain the confidence and knowledge necessary for advancement within the Spartan Krav Maga system.
