Brand new to our Combat Fitness platform is the Spartan K2 Shred. A 21-Day Combat Kettlebell program designed to deliver significant body transformations and strength gains in an impressively short period of time.
Not to be confused with weightlifting or bodybuilding, Kettlebell training consists of whole-body, functional movement exercises. It’s well-known that compound, whole body movements typical of kettlebell exercises are superior to machines that isolate muscles for improving muscle tone, body composition, and strength. Further, kettlebells strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less-susceptible to injury. The Spartan K2 Shred is a great conditioning program for developing cardio respiratory and muscular endurance.
Designed to fully complement our Combat Fitness platform (KRAVfit and The Spartan Challenge), this program will recruit the use of mobility and coordination, where the movements work motor and balance skills more than traditional weights. Much like the mental engagement that comes with our Combat Fitness programs, you won't be turning your brain off for this Shred!
