6-Week Women's Self-Defense Course

In this intense and comprehensive course, you will learn all critical aspects of self-defense including awareness and avoidance tactics, effective strikes, using common objects and escapes/defense against grabs, chokes, bearhugs and groundwork. The focus for this course will be enclosed spaces such as elevators, hallways and stairwells.

The fee includes 6 weekly sessions 1 1/2 hour long, a course t-shirt and a course binder with material information and weekly handouts.
