The Strength & Strike program is a 45 minute combat fitness session geared towards building strength and working through fast paced striking combinations. This program combines combat striking (punches, elbows, kicks and knees) with cutting-edge dynamic conditioning training that combines weights, resistance and plyometrics, YOU can expect to get an awesome training session with movements that will help you become a better practitioner.
