To ensure proficiency, a practitioner must be tested under elements of stress, randomness and pressure. While the dynamics of a violent confrontation is much different than the relatively controlled environment of a sparring match, it is one of the most effective ways to hone a practitioner's tactical behaviour under pressure.

Combat Fitness

KravFit is a combat fitness program. It incorporates Krav Maga techniques with essential tools that focus on strength training and building endurance. This ranges from core work, resistance training to high intensity intervals training targeting specific muscle groups while developing your strength, agility and flexibility.

MOBILITY

Combat Fitness

Mobility plays a massive role in improving movement and quality of life. After a week of intense training, this class is a MUST! Relieve your muscles, tendons and joints and work them through their entire range of motion. This class will provide a much needed reprieve from the rigors of training and will prepare your body for the upcoming training week.
