This class is structured be a deep dive into the Spartan Fundamental Curriculum. The objective of this class is to help practitioners master the fundamental elements that compose advanced techniques - everything from stances, footwork, movement, striking, defensive tactics and control. Map your progression as we move through the curriculum. This is an essential class for beginners and more seasoned practitioners alike.
