- Gain intervention skills in rapidly evolving situations including, releasing loved ones from rear naked chokes, headlocks and effectively ending scenarios on the ground with attackers in a dominant position (ground & pound, choking, etc.).
- Interactive, hands-on drills for practical learning.
Special Kids' Session: Families with children aged 5-8 are welcome! A special self-defense session tailored for their age group will follow the main workshop.
