Normally, we would be offering regular classes for adults 6 days a week at the Spartan Combat Fitness Centre, our Burlington studio.

THE SPARTAN EXPERIENCE
Krav Maga is known as the most effective self defense system in the world. It is easy to learn and retain, as it utilizes natural and intuitive movements. The techniques employ simple movements, and often use speed, surprise and the explosive deployment of violence, to ensure the practitioner's safety and that of their loved ones.
It is important to note that Krav Maga is NOT a martial art. It is a tactical self defense system which prioritizes a survival mindset in its practitioners and values awareness as a key pillar of self preservation. It does not consist of a series of choreographed movements (no katas) but relies on the critical thinking of the practitioner under a tremendous amount of stress.
Aside from being the best self defense system, Krav Maga is also a total body, functional fitness experience that relies on explosive movements and high intensity interval-type training.
We joke that our warm-ups are everybody else's workouts... but it's true! The classes are physical, intense yet exhilerating.
Through training (online or in-studio) you will get toned and conditioned, lose weight and increase definition, while developing long, lithe muscles, and improving your flexibility, agility, strength and power.
More importantly, you will learn potentially life saving self defense techniques while you get into fighting fit shape.
