P3/P4 Camp

Join us the upcoming P3/P4 Camp, a 2.5-hour comprehensive review of our fundamental self-defense curriculum. This is a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the critical elements of Krav Maga, taking your self-defense skills to a whole new level.

P3 Camp will cover P1/P2 material with a focus on mastering defense against all strikes learned in P1, addressing these scenarios from increasingly disadvantaged positions. You will learn to defend yourself against all punches and elbows while standing, sitting on a chair, sitting on the ground, lying on the ground, with the attacker in various positions, including the mount, applying the ovement and counter-attack tempates learned in P1 and P2. This training will prepare you to respond effectively in real-life situations where you might find yourself at a disadvantage.

P4 Camp continues the journey, covering defense against all kicks and knees learned in P2. You will gain valuable insights into countering different types of kicks and knees, enhancing your ability to protect yourself in various combat scenarios.

P-Camp happens three times per year, and this event is vital for those considering level testing or looking to reinforce their self-defense prowess. By participating in P3/P4 Camp, you will gain a solid foundation for the application of advanced techniques, setting you on a path towards mastery within Spartan Krav Maga.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in.
• Spartan uniform training shirt is required.
