About the event

This is a Three part series that focuses on self defense for survival. 

In Part One: We start off with striking for survival by targeting vulnerable points on the body! This is not like a kickboxing workout. This is striking to cause damage and learning how to navigate a high stress situation. 

We will review what those vulnerable points are and how to get more explosiveness and power behind our strikes. 

In Part Two: We will review attacks from the front and from behind. Bearhugs are typically the start of a bad situation that can rapidly escalate. Let us take the guess work out of what to do for you. We will show you how to implement damaging strikes, explosive movements and quick defenses to help you get away safely. 

In Part Three: We will take it to the ground and learn how to get up with stability. We then will go through what to in high stress situations that can start on the ground. We don't want to stay in an disadvantaged position. We will get you striking your way up, claiming your space back and standing your ground once you are on your feet. 

You can purchase individual parts to this three part series or you can take advantage of a bulk price of all three parts! 

Is this for women only?

Yes. This is a safe and inclusive training space for you. We may have a male insructor in the demos.
