KRAVfit: How Does It Fit Into Your Training Routine?

Updated: Jul 4, 2023

Whether you have been training for a long time or are just starting out, chances are you are looking for a new way to level up. As a practitioner, you probably want to work on your endurance and overall conditioning levels, and don’t want to deviate too far from Krav Maga.

Created exclusively by Spartan Krav Maga, KRAVfit is the most unified blend of Krav Maga and combat fitness training. KRAVfit is a relatively new concept in the fitness space and is geared towards self-defense and training your body to be ready no matter what. You can expect a fun, safe and inclusive space to train – just show up and leave everything else to us!

KRAVfit is not all physical training, you can expect to have the occasional mental toughness training session as well. I am not going to drop a ton of buzzwords into this description to try and get your attention, but just expect to work hard, be challenged and totally enjoy the process! Clients have said that their goals in taking a KRAVfit class are to improve cardio, improve overall conditioning, face a new challenge or because someone told them about it and they just needed to try it.

Is KRAVfit for you?

Question for you… Do you like having fun?

If so, KRAVfit is absolutely for you!

KRAVfit is for anyone, everyone, and every BODY! We strive to make KRAVfit an inclusive & safe way to train.

How many times per week should I take a KRAVfit class?

If you are currently training in our Krav Maga classes more than once a week I suggest adding at least 1 KRAVfit class to your routine.

If your goals are endurance, speed, power based and are currently training once per week, I suggest adding at least 2 KRAVfit sessions to improve your over all conditioning levels.

If you are brand new I recommend 2-3 times per week and adding a Krav Maga class.

This way you will learn a lot of your strikes, work on your conditioning levels and also have the self-defense aspect of your training.

Could KRAVfit help me improve in Krav Maga?

Yes! That’s exactly why we created KRAVfit!

If you want to move better, faster or add more power to your strikes, KRAVfit is the most unified way to enhance your training between self-defense and combat fitness. It literally is Krav Maga-based fitness without the bone-jarring impact you’ll find in a typical Krav Maga class. In each session we focus on a skill and we work on drills to improve a specific technique, combat conditioning, or strengthening and mobility movements.

Overall, KRAVfit is a great way to improve your endurance, conditioning, and is the best way to learn some Krav Maga basics while getting into awesome shape!

Who are your KRAVfit Instructors?

At 6am on Mondays and Fridays your instructor is Cyrus Osena.

At 12pm and 6:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday your instructor is Amelia Sher.

How should you sign up?
